I am 5'10", 175#, 40" chest, 32" waist, medium build, and size M fits great. I wear a 34" sleeve and the cuffs of the jacket end right at my wrist. i have tried with a light fleece under layer, and the jacket still fits well, not loose, but with the stretch fabric it doesn't bind during the swing. can't comment on waterproofness yet. but the waterproof coating does appear to stretch as well, only time will tell whether it holds up or begins to crack/peel with wear.
