I am 5'8 160. Size small is perfect with ample room to swing and layer under.
It's completely waterproof and windproof. Extremely light and thin. Easy to pack into the golf bag. Love the fact that you can take the sleeve off and wear it as a windbreaker.
Got it on sale. What a deal!

I use the jacket mainly for golf. It compacts easily and is very lightweight. I would not use in early winter as it has no liner, but when it rains I am dry. The sleeves basically remove with one pull to create a rain shirt and re-attach using small plastic buttons. I have had it for one season, so I can't comment on its longevity. I didn't realize how good swinging a golf club would be with it on.

This is another ZR winner. If you leave one jacket in your golf bag, or want just one for travel, this is it. Great for hiking, too. Totally waterproof, seam sealed, snap-off sleeves, windproof, extremely versatile, packs very small. There are no negatives.
Best Uses: Changeable weather, Warm rainy days
Cons: There are none
Pros: breathable, Seamsealed, Snap-off sleeves, Super lightweight, Warm rainy golf
