Verified Buyer Reviewed by Doctor Dan from Menlo Park, CA on Tuesday, June 26, 2012They achieve Zero restriction by making it very loose and non-form fitting, which is fine until it gets windy and the excess material starts to flap.

- Cons: Flaps in the wind

Verified Buyer Reviewed by Btown golfer from Billings, MT on Tuesday, April 10, 2012I haven't had this out in heavy rain, but it is definitely great for light rain or mist. No restriction, as advertised. Very lightweight, so if it is really raining, you'll probably want a real rain coat in your golf bag.

Verified Buyer Reviewed by Jogger from Near Morristown, NJ on Sunday, March 25, 2012Best for use where the core body should remain dryish and not exposted to wind. Works OK to fine for jogging where it doesn't matter whether my arms are wet/cold(er). A bit disappointed that it doesn't breathe better. For the extra discounted STP price it is fine.
- Best Uses: Active sports
