Reviewed by Claudia from Portland, OR on Wednesday, February 13, 2013These look stylish and feel warm and comfortable, but I'm afraid the dual system is not going to be more effective at keeping my hands cold in the winter. Essentially, these are regular gloves, not mittens, and the cover that you put over the fingers to transform the glove into a mitten is fairly thin. In my opinion, this won't keep my fingers any warmer than my current gloves, so I will return these and buy traditional mittens to be see if these are truly warmer. If I didn't have good gloves already and my fingers didn't get so cold on the mountain, I would buy these.
