    I bought these gloves to see if they'd work for downhill skiing, along with a pair of mittens. I wore these a couple of times just to drive with and they 1) constricted my fingers (too small) and 2) were not warm, possibly because of the first issue. The flap-over-fingers pseudo mitten feature was interesting, but I think it would have gotten in the way if I'd gone skiing with them, as the flap didn't fit securely and I think the wind would have simply blown it back over my fingers. I have large hands and these were "Large" gloves, but they were too tight.
