Another winner. Probably size up. I think I usually wear a M but buy a L in zoot shorts. (I am 5"11", 138 lbs.) The leg grippers aren't too tight and keep things in place. I have had several pairs of 4" tri shorts from Zoot and love them, however these are missing the leg gripper! They say it is a Freeband, but that just means a hem at the end of the short, which rolls up when you ride (this is regular tri fabric with nothing on the end but a hem). They were fine on the run, but I would not ride more than 10 miles max in these shorts. Also, I found them true to size, I would not size up unless you want them baggy and likely not fit around your leg at all. I'd pass and am returning the pair that I did not wear. Sorry Zoot!

Shorts are comfortable and transition well from swimming to biking and running
