Great pair of shorts for beginners. Not too much padding. I bought the next size up because of the feedback on the waist size from other buyers. However I have muscular legs and these are still a little loose. All in all a good buy.

Zoot's forte is clearly triathlon gear. These cycling shorts are lightly padded and more useful for the shorter rides (50 miles or less), or triathlons. Overall fit and feel is great.
