Zoot Sports TRIfit Tank Top (For Women)

I wore this on a 63 mile bike ride. It rained most of the way but the top was comfortable.

Having bought Zoot clothes before, I knew to size up. Usually a medium (sometimes small) top, I got this top in a large. It is PERFECT. The aqua blue color is stunning; the fit is feminine, fitted but not suffocating; the inside bra is fitted but not "cupped" (good for varying bra sizes (I'm very small)); and the features (zipper for cooling, pockets) are functional. It will be my go-to top for key workouts (bricks, long runs) and races.

First used for a sprint triathlon - loved the purple color and fit. I've bought other Zoot tri tanks before and they were very tight and too short but this XS was true to size and fit perfectly. Dries quickly too.

I finally broke down to get a new skin top for the race season & was not disappointed. Zoot's quality is very high, & while many have had trouble w/sizing, take the advice & go a size up if you are not sure, or uncomfortable wearing tight racing gear (maybe 2 up then). I'm very lucky that their gear must be designed on a fit dummy with no bust, short-waist, long-limbed & very low body fat. (Yes, reg. clothes are a nightmare!) I tried this on my bricks today & was very pleased w/it not rolling up off the hips, even after a couple of hours of training & lots of sweat, it held in place. Good ventilation & wicking material. Easy to reach pocket while riding, & it is very nice looking- easy to match to other gear. You will wrestle w/the built-in sports bra if you have wider shoulders, but it is supportive enough if you are smaller busted to not need a 2nd bra. I prefer extra coverage & wore my reg sports bra under it. Another reviewer mentioned cutting hers out- which would work, the stitching for it is will not de-construct the top in anyway if you remove it. I washed it when I recieved it, & then my husband had to wash it- long story, but lets say it releases stains well & the color did not fade/bleed. Nor has the stitching loosened. While I can't say how it will hold up over the season, I have skin tri-shorts of Zoot's & running gear that have lasted 5 seasons that still look good, have not held odor, or stretched out.
