    Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
    I was surprised at how well this vest worked. I wanted a light layer for those cooler days, especially when I am on the bike, and this is just perfect. Keeps my core comfy, and for the most part I forget I have it on, as it's super light. Every now and then, though, the wind makes the arm hole flap, sounding like a helicopter is landing behind me. Nothing a quick tug can't fix. It's a nice vest.
