While the product description, advice and photos all suggest that these shoes are like a racing flat, they're actually more substantial than that and I suggest that they're actually closer to being true-to-size than the advice to order up a half size. I ordered the 11 when I usually wear a 10.5 and feel that the 10.5 may have fitted better as the 11's are a little long for my feet but they fit OK and it's not worth sending them back from overseas for exchange or refund due to the high cost of postage from here.
I've only worn them to the gym so far, and they seem comfortable and neutral or perhaps suited to those who pronate slightly as the instep and medial heel area are built up with the carbon shank and extra outer-sole material in that area. Sole is firm and quite substantial while the upper is a stretchy comfortable material and uses a sock construction so there's no tongue to shift around or cause pressure points.

I have been a runner, a triathlete, and general fitness nut for about 40 years and these are some of the best shoes I have ever owned. Very light, very comfortable, and good looking. They are also quite well-cushioned for their weight. They are roomy and the internal walls are very smooth and non-abrasive. Excellent shoes and highly recommended!
