This is my fourth pair of Zoot Tennis Shoes. I have NEVER been disappointed by their shoes! I am runner and sprint triathlete and these shoes are the most comfortable shoes ever. When I am competing, they are so easy to put on and I don't even have problems when I am riding my bike and wearing these shoes.

I wear a size 10 in womens shoes, and they feel just right. Not too short, not too long.

I always order my running shoes 1 size up to allow for extra toe room. Our feet move forward in the shoes as we exercise/run and ordering up prevents bruised toe nails. A friend of mine bought the same pair and she only goes up 1/2 size on her running shoes and this worked for her. I found these shoes to be true to size so I would advise basing your order on your usual shoe size and then adding to it only if that is what you typically do for running shoes. Good Luck!
