    I love this shoe. I run on many surfaces with it, from the treadmill to the beach, it has good traction, is extremely light, very comfortable and very convenient with the quick on/off. Love it!!

    When I first put the shoes on, they felt comfortable on my feet. However, when I tightened the laces using the quick-lace system, the plastic clip broke in half.

    Originally bought these for running races (10k, etc), but they didn't work well for that due to my bad knees (I need a shoe with better cushioning). But with the elastic ties (no shoe strings) they make GREAT biking shoes, since I need a shoe that transitions well from biking to walking (i.e. no clip-ins).
