I have worn this piece twice while playing soccer. The aches are fewer and the recovery is accelerated.

If you've not yet discovered the joy of compression garments, this is the one to start with.

great base layer on cold days. worn twice: 38F and raining, 42F and windy. worked great both times, excellent bit of kit, highly reccommend.|A NOTE on SIZE: 6'1" /190 bought a size 5, if I'd put on any more weight over the holidays it would be tough to breath wearing this. Definitely compressive. Unfortunately for me, in my current state of fitness, is a bit like sausage packing :-(

I love the Zoot compression products. I have bought a bunch since they greatly improve my fatigue (my proprioception is impaired secondary to too many concussions). Unlike the other products, I cannot get Size 0 on because the neck is too tight - I've tried 2 different tops. This is the only reason I'm not giving the Short Sleeve 5 stars. I consider all the other stuff I have bought 5 stars. I wear the recovery when I sleep (I finally feel rested again after 7-8 hours - I guess knowing exactly where it's body parts are helps my brain work less while asleep), and the other stuff throughout the day. Size 1 does provide some benefit, but Size 0 would be much better

If you have never tried compression, I would highly suggest getting some gear. I run 20 miles a week and normally have tight legs and leg cramps. I started with some compression socks and after running 8 miles in the socks I went to dinner and later that night my legs felt like I never ran at all. I was hooked, I have purchased other compression and compression/recovery gear.
