    Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
    Tri tops should be tight. In competition, you want it tight for the swim. In training, you don't wear a tri top for swimming, so if you are only going to train in this top, i.e. run and cycle, then you'll have to know that this top fits very snug - as in it's hard to put on over your head and shoulders. If you are looking for a sleeveless cycling or running top, there are probably better choices out there if skin tight is not what you are looking for. Feels sleek and comfortable despite tightness. No seams sticking into you.
