    This is a great short. I like the material and the two side pockets where I can stick a couple of hammer gels in there for long runs. The short fits well except that the legging is a little tight for my thighs. I am 5'-8" and about 170 pounds. I come from a wrestling background and have big legs. I purchased the large and I think either the large or extra large would be ok. I am used to using compression shorts for wrestling so I like the shorter leg length, 6". I am not a fan of the longer tri shorts because they go down to the top of the knee and feel loose. These feel great and the tightness around the thighs is not too bad and will not effect me at all. The price is great too!

    These Zoot TRIfit shorts were perfect for me in my first Dualthalon. They have just the correct amount of padding for cycling without the bulk while still being able to run in comfortably.
