Verified Buyer Reviewed by retiredsailor from Arkansas on Monday, February 2, 2015This is my 10th pair of Lucchese boots. This pair continues to keep my faith in Lucchese. No other brand of boots fit me as well or are as comfortable right out of the box.
Reviewed by Mountaineer from Up on Tuesday, October 1, 2013These are great boots for the price. I've haven't owned cowboy boots since I was a kid, but I've been wanting a pair for a long time. I just didn't want to pay out the nose for them. This boot is a great compromise. These are made in the USA - the Lucchese website says made by hand - so you can feel good about that. They smell like an old time shoe store when you take them out of the box. Great leather. I normally wear a size 9.5, but I ordered 9 wide because that is what was available. They fit great, and I'm happy to say they are comfortable right out of the box.
If you are looking for a feel good cowboy boot and don't want to pay a fortune, buy yourself a pair of these.
Reviewed by James from Texas on Sunday, September 15, 2013I bought these boots in a wider size than I normally would wear and tried to compensate by going a half size smaller. It seemed to work fine for me. I wear a thicker sock to compensate and the boot feels great on my foot. Very well made and I really like the snip toe model of boot and am a Lucchese fan to begin with; so I would recommend these boots.
Reviewed by Winter fun is here from south dakota on Wednesday, May 15, 2013nice casual boots probably seconds though
Reviewed by Lynne from Kansas City on Wednesday, May 1, 2013I wear a 9 in women's and bought this 7 in men's because a friend of mine many times purchases a men's boot in a smaller size and she says it works for her. Low and behold the boot fit but I just wasn't crazy about the color of this boot.

“Real wax, like waterproof?
What would one use when it's time to touch-up and polish these boots? -sounds like regular Kiwi polish is out of the question.
After doing some research on this item, wax leather should not be polished with cremes or conventional wax polishes. Something like saddle soap is said to work best.
