Reviewed by NH Girl from NH on Wednesday, December 11, 2013I've been running for a couple of years and run about 15 miles per week. I've heard all the buzz about compression socks increasing performance so I decided to see for myself if they lived up to all the hype.
My feet sweat a lot when I run. I have a hard time finding socks that I like because I want a thin sock with an nearly imperceptible seam around the toe box.
These socks are very thin and they really compress your foot with less compression on your calf. The first time I ran in them my feet got cold. In all fairness it was cold outside- 22 degrees- and one of the first winter runs of the season. Also, I was wearing in a very breathable pair of saucony running shoes.
I think these socks will be great in warmer temperatures. They fit well and stay up for the entire run. Sometimes I wear them around the house and they really are invigorating if that's the right word. I cant wait to use these in the spring/summer.
