I work outdoors as a forestry tech. My wife loved the gift. Good fit for her "medium" size face. Fairly large lens size, which she wasn't sure about at first, but after wearing them she loved the bigger coverage. It was the photochromic lenses that were a big hit...just walk in & out of buildings, never "putting down" her shades. Fantastic!

Question & Answer

Questions about this product? Get answers from community and staff experts.

  • “What is the difference between the Nxt photochromic lens and the photochromic lens which is polarized? Do they both adjust to changing light conditions on the Gale sunglasses?”
Asked by Internet Shopper from Ohio on 8/30/2010 12:00:00 AM
    • The lens materials are the same, and they're both photochromic. The second is obviously, polarized as well. Polarization will cut glare (normally a good thing), but polarized lenses are less durable.
