5.0 out of 5 stars. Good StandVerified Buyer Reviewed by Lazy Retiree from Roslindale, MA on Sunday, May 13, 2018The package came quickly but the flimsy box was broken, as well as the plastic bag inside holding the small parts. Fortunately, all the various bits were there in a pile on our porch. A conscientious delivery guy I guess. Anyway, the stand was easily and clearly put together by me, a semi-fit 67 yo woman. It is sturdy and holds our hammock chair well although you can’t swing about because the spreader bumps the stand if you move too much. But no problem getting in and out. We have the hook height at 85”. Height is adjustable and could go 4” higher or 8” lower. Very happy with this stand.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Perfect Rest!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Oregon on Tuesday, July 18, 2017This product has been improved since I bought the last one so that it looks nicer. Easy to assemble and strong. Works well! I ordered a second because we enjoyed the first so much.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Sturdy but flawedVerified Buyer Reviewed by Automatic Mojo from Ilinois on Saturday, June 10, 2017The stand is sturdy and will support anyone that sits in the rope chair. However, the angle of the top piece does not give the rope chair sufficient room to turn much to the left or right. Takes some of the fun out of the hang.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Very sturdy and tall!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Missouri on Thursday, March 23, 2017This is just perfect for the hammock chairs I have. It is adjustable so you can make it super tall or lower to the ground. It seems very sturdy, a small amount of swinging will not make it tilt. I would highly recommend this and it is a fantastic buy for this price.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Big standVerified Buyer Reviewed by Andy from Wyoming on Friday, June 24, 2016Stand works great, just alot larger than i was thinking it would be. had to adjust the knot on the chair in order to keep the stand low and not have to raise the stand super high. works well.

1.0 out of 5 stars. Not stable for swinging!Reviewed by Dogmother D from NC on Friday, July 10, 2015This is advertised as a swing stand. After putting it together (by the way, there are no instructions, just a picture, and it did not come with a chain as shown on the STP web site) I attached an ABO swing chair, sat in it and found it to be very comfortable. But when I tried to swing the front of the base of the stand came off the ground, and had a strong male friend not been there, I think it would have toppled backward. I am underweight, so too much heft was not the problem. This stand will support you to sit, but not to swing. I packed it all up and sent it back.
