The cost to return them is almost as much as when I spent to buy them, so I loose out either way. As far as fit, they hang funny due to being a stretchy sort of fine thread knit material. I have other clothing items made of this same sort of knit, and they get caught and pull on EVERYTHING. I didn't think this was what was meant by "stretch knit fabric with rayon". I was expecting something more functional. I wouldn't actually wear these running. They might be ok for lounging. They aren't really all that attractive though so maybe not even for lounging.

If the back is flat the front is folded over. I think it's a flaw. I spent under $20 on the pants and they fit me well. I can ignore the weird wast band and still work out in these pants.
