Sizing runs true, shoes are thick and warm, color is brilliant and works well with everything for me, I am already trying to talk myself into leaving home with them on, but not quite yet. I just want to keep them as house shoes!

  • “Can you check inside of gray slippers, the inner foot bed. I want to make sure they are not made of real sheepskin. Thanks.”
Asked by JG from CA on 1/9/2014 2:20:47 PM
    • Hi! The outside is boiled wool, the side lining (inside) is a flat terry and the footbed is close-sheared sheepskin (more like wool, not real fluffy). I thought from the styling that these would have some support, but as soon as I stepped into them my feet supernated (rolled outside). Too bad as they are really pretty. Perhaps I got them too big. Hope this helps!

  • “Are the soles of these made of soft, highly bendable material, or are they relatively hard?
Asked by Loretta from Pennsylvania on 10/24/2013 1:01:15 PM
    • The sole are made if rubber that are firm to touch and they are very bendable.

About Acorn

From humble beginnings handcrafting slipper socks to present-day factory production by skilled craftsmen, Acorn has always had one thing in mind: Comfort. Acorn slippers are so incredibly warm and comfortable that astronauts take them to space and Sherpas pack them along on expeditions in the most extreme of conditions. Acorn sheepskin shoes and boots are naturally breathable, wicking and great for warming chilly feet around the fire or after a surfing session. And while nowadays there are many different designs and innovative features, the constants are the lightweight, soft, and unbelievably cushioned interiors produced using only the finest materials. With this degree of comfort, it’s certainly no wonder Acorn customers are devoted and loyal -- nothing else compares.
