Reviewed by 1blackdog from NY subs on Saturday, November 29, 2014OK - i ordered the last pair of these in what was supposed to be a Women's 10 1/2. However the pair that I got was huge on my feet ( 10 dress, 10.5 or so athletic)and I even had a woman who wears an 11 try them in hopes that someone could use them before sending back today.
Inside the boots it says: UK 9; Fr 43.2.
A US 10 to 10 1/2 is usually a Euro 41; 43.2 french- euro is equivalent to a woman's 11 1/2 -- 12. or
more likely these are really a MEN's 10 1/2.
I could tell only that they were very light in weight for a waterproof boot and looked well made.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Canine Hiker from Tennessee on Thursday, August 21, 2014Very comfortable as well as supportive. I hike on steep trails in the woods with my dogs at least 4 days per week, and these are my favorite boots.
Reviewed by Winterblizzard from Seattle on Friday, April 25, 2014I wore these out for a 4.5 mile hike over steep terrain with only a day to break them in before hand. They were supportive and comfortable and super waterproof. I was tromping through puddles, scrambling up rocky areas and root networks and these shoes kept up. By the end of the hike I was exhausted, but my feet were dry and comfortable.
Reviewed by NatureNut from PA on Wednesday, December 4, 2013Wore these hiking some icy trails...feet stayed nice and dry and warm, while others complained of frozen toes!
Awesome traction too!
Did need some extra cushioning...different inserts did the trick.
