Great MTB ShoeVerified Buyer Reviewed by KP from Washington on Wednesday, July 18, 2018This is a great option for a mountain bike shoe. It's got a very similar sole to purpose built mtn bike shoe but at Sierra Trading post it's a fraction of the cost. I came back to buy another pair for when these wear out but unfortunately they're sold out in my size now.
These grip flat pedals very well and are fine for walking up trails. The shoe lace tuck is a nice feature to keep the laces from flopping around. These have a great durable sole that's far better than a running shoe.
Versatile Light Trail/Bike ShoeVerified Buyer Reviewed by Greg J from South Lake Tahoe on Friday, June 15, 2018Using these for light trail hiking and long mountain bike rides with flat pedals. Stealth rubber outsole is grippy for hiking and rock scrambling, but not as soft as the Stealth rubber used on the mountain bike specific Terrex and Five Ten shoes. Still, it's good enough for not technical riding, and the light weight of the shoe as great. Shoe has nice built in gator that keeps most debris out of your shoes when scrambling around, nice touch. These are light weight, durable, but definitely lack the extra support of burlier trail shoes. Perfect for what they are designed for, in my opinion. Light, fast, durable, grippy...
Outstanding hiking shoesVerified Buyer Reviewed by Hiking Viking from OR on Tuesday, May 15, 2018I ordered a size 13, and found these true to size with a comfortable fit. Out of the box, these were comfortable for hiking, even though they looked nice enough to make me hesitate a little to scuff them up. The stealth rubber exterior makes them great for scrambles over boulder encountered along the path. These are light, tidy, breathable, versatile shoes. I'm impressed with their quality and value.
Ultralight, weird footbedVerified Buyer Reviewed by Colin from Oregon on Wednesday, January 17, 2018I really like Terrex shoes but these are just OK. They are super lightweight but fit is weird as they have a lump that runs from your mid foot to the base of your toes that's about 1 inch wide. I have no idea who thought that would be a good thing as it's pretty uncomfortable to stand on for too long.
