I haven't had to use it but I'm glad to have a light weight kit to throw in my pack. Has the essentials. I threw in some extra rubber gloves and a tampon and it's set.

Verified Buyer Reviewed by dunfly from Florida on Monday, July 18, 2016I always carry a first aid kit when I'm out on a hike. My old kit was in a hard case and the items inside were getting old. When I saw the price on this one I snapped it up. I like the soft case. The inside waterproof case is too big. It is basically a heavy zip lock bag and takes up too much space. The kit has all the essentials. My wife immediately said it should have an Ace bandage, which was mentioned in another review. I will probably replace the zip lock bag that came with it with a lighter one. That will give me room to add an Ace bandage and a small Swiss Army knife. Then it will be perfect.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by rl from Las Vegas on Saturday, December 12, 2015This medical kit is fairly compact and light. I've been carrying it around in my pack for a month and its nice to have, though I haven't had any use for it yet.
