I really didn't know what to expect from this tent but I was very pleased when I received it. High quality materials with everything you need included. Verified Buyer Reviewed by Abbie Blagec from Iron Mountain, MI on Thursday, June 21, 2018I read a lot of reviews on this website, other websites, and watched some youtube videos and the only issues that seemed to come up were the seams being sloppy, or whatever. I reasoned I could deal with that as I just wanted a light weight, dual door two man for a backpacking trip without spending a ton of money. It's a good thing I took this out and tested it before throwing it in my pack because the poles literally would not fit in the manufactured "grommets" on the tent corners. Instead of traditional metal grommets you see on most tents, this one has these little tabs with a keyhole design that the tent poles are supposed to notch and lock into. They did NOT fit. Kindof a crucial element for the function, wouldn't you say? I did not see this issue in any review I read. I thought briefly about finding a way to drill the holes a little larger but there were just too many things I didn't love about this tent (the footprint is pretty big, it packs large, etc.) to find it worth the trouble. So I returned it.
Reviewed by RaleighRancher from NC on Wednesday, May 30, 2018I was skeptical of a $100 backpacking tent, and more so of a $40 one. But I figured what the heck.
This is a very conventional backpacking tent comparable to other good quality modern backpacking tents you've seen and used, plus some clever design features that make it easier to set up, like the locking corner grommets that hold the poles in place while you are raising the tent. The tent is also a true two person tent. Very spacious inside.
A couple of issues I find: 1. two spots where the stitching at the hem of the rain fly was coming undone. Not a crucial seam for water proofing though.
2. The tips at one end of each pole simply would not fit into the corner grommets. But I liked the rest of the tent so much, I'm just going to find those tips down a hair to make them fit.
3. The buckles feel like a lower quality plastic. We'll have to see how long they last, but I'm not too worried.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Tent Review from New Mexico on Monday, May 7, 2018Tent poles are nice quality. The one I was sent was missing the hanging net that is supposed to come with it. I had one of the stakes break and another one bend the first time I set it up. But it kept me warm enough and dry enough.

High quality materials with everything you need included. The only thing not included is a footprint which isn't a big deal. Set up is super easy, pegs and poles are nice quality aluminum. Great features like double doors and a well thought out stuff sack for everything. I would say it is more of a summer type tent as it is pretty airy but that is fine with me I'm not one for camping in the snow!

It is two doors. The doors are large on each side and have tie backs to keep them out of the way when open.
