I looked for these boots long and hard

I use these quality mountain boots in the most demanding environment immaginable. This is mountain country, the great Canadian Rockies. The further north you wander the higher, wilder, colder and more scenic the mountains. There's no room for mistakes here. I looked long and hard for these boots. I don't like plastic outer boots and I don't like syntheic linings. Wool socks and leather lined is the way to keep your feet warm. Even when wet, they will be warm. There is a relatively short breakin period. Boots you don't have to break in will soon break out. I liked them so well, I bought two pairs.
