Returning today . want these so bad . they will not work . there is a crease begining across the toe knuckle in front of the very forward first laces . my M /wilderness es break back where the foot bends. these across the toes, cant hike up hill or crouch down with out crease pain on toes . I love them but cant wear them . dont get them to big is my 2$. I bought the tahoe 11.5m my normal .and they were half inch longer than the V soles on my wilderness Merr's.and a size to big . returned them to get the summit in 11m still to big and lightweight, leather on side of foot will bend in half right out of the no no good why make a boot that will bend in half out of the box do not get the summit if u want a strong boot . break in out of the box is only good for the first year after that u will be buying new boots . just my opinion and everybody has one .they were still longer than my M wilds. thats sole to sole same V sole .now that iv had all these boots on my feet , the tahoes are city boots the summits are hikers the guides are real boots .ALL are to big long and all are nicely wide .I think they are a size to big so beware this is the 3rd pr I have to return the guides I had are 11m and prob still to big but just a little. when i put them on I thought I had gone to heaven when i walked in them and had the toe box crease I fell back to your world.would recommend but "Dice" (there is that better ) game getting the right fit .also the boots came very scuffed up and had heat spots (one)on each foot and glue running down, scratches were small but there was no wear just scuffs and stuff.and I Did Not care that was no mind to me but without a proper fit I look somewhere else.and what ever u do do not refer to a Dice game as a **** game . the word police will get u.
