For Good Reason, they're Closeouts !!

Long break in, sometimes painful. Once broken in, great for hikes or everyday when cold (2 pairs of socks plenty warm). Despite the weight, feel comfortable, extra height in these make it possible to blouse pant legs into. Instructions indicate spray waterproofing (ie; silicone), but not wax or oil. Built stoutly, these should last for quite some time with proper care. For some reason, in all my searching, only Sierra appears to carry these.

- Cons: Long Break-in
