Alico Guide boots

These boots are top notch. The heavy-duty leather provides excellent ankle support and waterproofness. I sized up from my normal shoe size and was happy I did. After just 20 miles of hiking, I can tell they are going to take awhile to break in. However, I expect them to hold up for a long time. They are a bit heavy and somewhat clunky, but for long trips with a heavy load, they will provide excellent and much needed support. Vibram sole is an old school, solid design.
