The best boot for the money

This is a very well crafted and tough boot. This is not a comfort out of the box type of boot, you are going to have to earn it through a fairly long break-in period. These boots will be most at home and best used when you have a heavy pack on your back. If you are looking for a day hiking boot look at the Tahoe, these Summits are stiff and fairly heavy and in my opinion perfect for what they were designed for. Find some good boot grease to go with these bad boys.
