Alico Tahoe- a Substantial boot

Verified Buyer Reviewed by Stever from Folsom , California on Sunday, January 24, 2010
This is a substantial boot. It is well made of high quality materials. It is a heavy boot and a little stiff out of the box. Expect a break in period to improve flexibility. These are best suited to rugged conditions, bad weather, etc rather than your typical day hikes, where lighter weight hikers such as Salomons and Merrells are more appropriate. In other words, you may not out run Sasquatch in these but you will have plenty to fend him off with. He likely will be impressed by the quality, too.
