Good looking, sturdy hiking boots

I bought a pair of these boots after much debate and doing as much research as I could, plus the sale price was hard to beat! I ordered the dark brown and the leather is a deep, rich brown color with no blemishes. The sizing runs true. I wear a 10.5 Regular in Nike tennis shoes, Merrell hiking boots, and several brands of work boots and these fit well front to back. The width was a little narrow initially, but I expected that. This boot is stiff out of the box, which I again expected. I have been wearing them on errands and around the house until my feet start to hurt, which was within 2 hours for the first couple weeks. Since then I've been able to wear them most of the day running around town. I've had the boots for a month an a half and the initial width issue is almost gone. I suspect it's a combination of the leather molding/stretching around my foot and my foot getting used to the boots. They have become quite comfortable in this short time. The boots are also a little on the heavy side (around the 4 pound mark for the pair), but considering the construction and stoutness of the materials, this should also be expected. Overall, I'm very pleased with the boots and would not hesitate to buy another pair!
