Room for improvement

These boots have excellent construction throughout; heavy duty leather, good stitching, good hardware attachment.

The Achilles heel of the boot is the tongue. The upper edge is left unfinished so the edge digs into your leg. If the tongue was built like my old Scarpa SL's I'd love these boots. Unfortunately this one detail made them unacceptable.
