Terrific Boot

I was looking for a pair of the old classic waffle-stompers, and these fit the bill pretty nicely. I spend a lot of time in the Rockies, these boots are stiff enough to let me dig in on a slope with the side of my foot; they're flexible enough for me to wear around town with snow on the ground. I listed Not Water Resistant as the only Con, that's really sort of a slanted criticism: no Gore-Tex means they're cooler than some more modern designs, and a little Sno-Seal solves the problem just fine. I'll be ordering a second pair pretty soon.
