Crazy good---I mean GREAT value

For the hiker that doesn't want a "tennis shoe" boot, this is a can't miss purchase. Boots made with a Norwegian Welt, Vibram sole and a full grain leather upper should and do cost 2-3X of the Alico Tahoe. Get them when you can or you might have to wait a long time.

The only corner cut that I can see are the top two lace hooks. Other boots of comprabable quality and intended use have 2 rivets per hook up top. Clearly not a deal breaker, but included on Alico's more heavy duty boots like the Guide.
