Nice to be in Italian boots again.

I do about 7000' of vertical a week on and off trail with and without pack weight. These boots take some breaking in but not bad. After the first week they are about half way there. No blisters althogh heels were sore on the first day. Leather stain doesn't bleed to socks, boots don't squeak, sole edges well on steep traverses, good ankle support. Boot is stiff for lacing especially at the toe but that should break in. They make that solid old school 'thunk' when climbing rocky trails-nice.
