“Just received my chair and 2 of the leg sections (the part with the black tip) will not pull out and fold. Is there a trick to getting them unstuck? ”
Are these the short legs and stuck in the "connector balls"? If so, I believe these are not meant to come out, the sections should be short enough to fit into the bag.
