Most Helpful 5-Star Review
Reviewed by REDnKS from Kansas on Saturday, June 3, 2017Excellent tent. Took it on a 5-day Colorado backing trip and it performed great. It's not light weight which is why 4 stars. A little over 5 lbs but still a very serviceable backpacking tent if you're on a budget, in shape, and can shave weight elsewhere. Roomy. Good twin-vestibule space. Good construction. Not a drop of water inside after several hard rains. Easy setup and takedown. Excellent value for a quality tent (I bought it elsewhere and paid more). Will serve well for many years.
Reviewed by Keegan A from Minnesota on Friday, May 19, 2017This tent is great. We received it as a wedding gift and it packs down small enough for backpacking (not the smallest or lightest, but definitely packable). We've also used it car camping with our dog - tight fit but works great. We've since purchased a larger tent for that purpose, but it was our only tent for 3+ years. It's the easiest tent I've ever set up - all poles connected. The two large doors make it crazy easy to access and offer great ventilation. My favorite little thing is the storage net that comes with it to clip in the top; I always store my headlamp in there. The rain fly gives two rather large vestibules for gear storage and also keeps you tight and dry. I have zero complaints about this tent. Used it for going on 5 years now - not a single rip and the weatherproofing is still going strong. I purchased the footprint for it too, which I would highly recommend.
