It's in the Bag

Of course, if I carried wine to drink in the winter, it probably wouldn't freeze. However, to avoid being tipsy in the slightest, given the amount of liquid I need to stay hydrated, I flavor boiled water with tea, and store it in water-tight containers in my sleeping bag, rolled up around the tea to keep it insulated, so, like the missing wine, it doesn't freeze. Which leads me to the not unsolveable problem of how to pack the sleeping bag with or without it's load of warm tea. The adjustable stuff sack solves this two variable problem neatly and accurately, without resorting to different sized stuff sacks, especially where the densest substance, water, is in the weight equation. The fit can always be perfect. The weight can always be secure. The load can always be kept from shifting. I'll drink to that.
