Inexpensive but flimsy pad

This was very inexpensive, so I thought I'd try it out. I used it as a closed cell pad under my inflatable pad. For the purpose of keeping the cold air from infiltrating the air in my inflatable, it worked well. This was an early spring backpacking trip in the White Mountains (sleeping on snow). It was not durable, however. Every time my backpack scraped against a rock or branch it practically shredded the edges of the pad. After one day of hiking it looked like I had the pad for years. I imagine it will be completely destroyed after a few more backpacking trips.
