So far I've only set this up in the back yard, which I did by myself. A second person would have been handy to keep the sleeves stretched while inserting/removing the poles. Was surprised that it was actually "self supporting", though when we take it out "fer real" in three weeks, we will stake it down. Wind fly somewhat minimal, and mostly useful for adding some extra shade. Surprised by generous actual shade area, but jury is still out on the "wind stiffness". There are extra stakes and guys included that should help hold it in place.
