• Unfortunately this tent is not manufactured with a waterproof or warmth rating. But it does however come with a rainfly that will keep rain and snow out.

  • It rained 32 of the 48 hours during our trip to Linville Gorge area in NC. I would recommend an extra layer of water proofing. I plan to do the extra water proofing in the future. If I had not brought a air mattress, not inflated as extra padding/lining for the base of the tent my girlfriend and I probably would have been wet and our trip cut short. We survived a night in high 30's/low 40's and wet. This being said it did take a lot of energy to convince the lady to try staying another night, as she was mentally and physically chilled. Myself I'm a human heater and could go colder but as a native Florida son don't wish too. Good luck.
