Wow, better than expected.

Tent packs up smaller than in description (17x6), a huge bonus and pleasent suprize. Very easy to set up, if you've even seen a picture of it anywhere it's self explanatory. At under 2 pounds per person weight, it's well within backpacking limits for all but the most extreme minimalists. With as much of the tent mesh as it is and two seperate vents in the fly, not much more can be done to prevent condensation, and provides a great view of the sky when not using the fly. Having had The North Face, Mountain Hardwear, Marmot and Eureka tents in the past, I only picked up this gem because of a discount I couldn't pass up. This tent from Alps Mountaineering is truely undervalued at full retail price. As is the norm, 3 person means it will fit 3 mummy bags inside, but nothing more. Only complaint is that there is the short section of sleeve to feed the poles through, as opposed to all clips which I prefer.
