Nice headroom...

I am completely new at purchasing a tent, but I've been camping in other people's tents and know what I liked about those. This might be a nicer tent than I realize, but from my limited knowledge I had two issues with it: first, set up in the living room, it did not have a tight floor- it was loose and didn't hold it's shape- so I guess that it would not work as well when it was hard to stake. Second, the tips fell out of their place from the poles on the first tryout, and required a little effort to reinsert. What was nice about it: the extra headroom, relatively light, the seams appeared to be well sealed and construction quality looked good. Zippers smooth, and breakdown fast. Since I can't roll a tent up as tightly as when it came new, I appreciate a slightly looser stuff sack. (Newbies have to start somewhere!) Maybe three boy scouts could fit, but I'd rather use it for two.
