Mine was a Haggar remainder. Waist fit was true to size. The inseam? Well...
Someone in quality control pasted a label on top of the original label. The new label was the number "29", pasted over the number "32". The size was really neither; the inseam turned out to be 30 inches. Probably will just get them hemmed to the inseam I need. -

These are not for winter use, but should work great in the warmer months. I would buy these again.
