    These are attractive boots but the sizing is off. I ordered a size 10 (which was labelled on the box) But the shoe is European sized and this was a 40 or an American Size 9 . They were obviously a return and they arrived in a filthy torn and ripped box which made me doubt their previous whereabouts. The lining is not thermal - it's polyester. The 'cushioned footbed' is NOT .
    I recently had foot surgery and was hoping to receive a quality product which used to be the case with Sierra Trading Post.
    What happened to you guys? Sadly disappointed in PA .

    My step father bought these for my January birthday and Ive been wanting sm warm boots that would be water proof and these r so comfortable n awesome I am so happy!
