Great shoe

Very durable and true to size. Was a little concerned about shoebox being tight, but after a few days shoe loosed up.

  • Not what I expected
Verified Buyer Reviewed by shooper from Texas on Saturday, January 27, 2018
This shoe was too short and narrow. I still wear my original pair of Asics, so I compared them and the material is stiff and brittle, the shoe tongue has much less padding as well as the entire shoe itself. Final comment is the footbed did not offer the cushion and comfort it once did.

I am returning them. I had purchased two pair, two styles and the experience was consistent. Perhaps these are their entry shoes now?

  • A size smaller

The construction is great, and I've tested the waterproof side of things, they work great. Not hot like I expected. Only thing is I wish they had a little more arch support.

  • “What does the width d mean?”
Asked by Specks from Colorado on 10/8/2017 8:29:46 PM
    • Shoe width "d" means it is medium width. I have a slightly wider than normal foot and these shoes fit very well but I wear a slightly thinner sock than I do with some shoes. No problem though as these are quite well padded.
Answered on 10/8/2017 10:08:21 PM by Allen from Okinawa
    • For men's shoes D is a medium width.
