As a former ballet dancer, I have a high arch and very flexible feet. At almost 50, I need firm support with some shock absorbtion. These are perfect for me.

Reviewed by Julie Koep from Nevada on Monday, June 17, 2013These shoes do not have as much front sole support as other shoes I have had in the past. That's mainly what I was looking for, so I'm disappointed. They also are a very tight fit. You should buy 1/2 size larger.
