So i ordered the narrow 7.5 but should have sized up. We will be switching the sole of the shoe to a smaller one to make the shoes less tight. Maybe she will break them in but loves them so far

The newer model - ASICS GEL-Kayano 23 - runs smaller than previous models and the toe box is more narrow. I would recommend ordering half size up than your normal running shoe size. Other than sizing, the shoe performs as expected. I've been running in this shoe for over 10yrs. I am very happy with this running shoe.

I scout online for my size. These use ASICS gel technology instead of foam like the Saucony shoes I used to run in. I can get 6 months out of these. The treads wear well and this is definitely more of a stability shoe.

In the future I will look for both model's . Great shoe I did order a half size bigger this time I think because of the different style. Not to worry though Sierra is Great on there return's policy no problem's ,very helpful customer service dept. Thanks Sierra

I was so disappointed to get this new design and find the overall design has changed, resulting in an ill fitting running shoe. the toe box has become very slender and the overall length doesn't match sizing from previous designs. if ordering, keep these things in mind as it would have made a big difference in my decision to purchase and at the very least, changed the size.

My normal shoe size is a 9. However these Asic Gel-Kayano went from running a size small in the previous 22 version, instead of ordering a size 10, I had to get a size 10.5. I ordered the Kayano 23 in a size 10.5 but these were too short as well. Asics needs to review their sizing and manufacturing to ensure that there shoes are properly sized. I will be buying different running shoes and possibly from different shoe manufacturers. These Kayano 23 were returned.
