Reviewed by Desert Paddler from AZ on Wednesday, January 10, 2018These look like really nice shoes. Unfortunately the are at least a half, possibly a full size small and very narrow for a D width. When compared to other Asics shoes I own, it's apparent the size is off.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by CDUNK from Santa Fe on Wednesday, December 27, 2017I've been running in GEL-Nimbus for decades. It seems like every other generation they change the shoe and revert it back the next year. The 19 is lighter in construction vs the 18. It is a cushy shoe, but best suited for lighter weight runners. Heavier runners will not get enough support. This shoe runs 1/2 size smaller than the Nimbus 18's.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Daily runner from NC on Sunday, December 24, 2017While this is different from previous iterations but the shoe still falls within the category/space it is meant to occupy. While this does not feel as structured around the foot when running it still provides the stability desired to go pound out the miles. Additionally, the added flexibility is nice when your feet begin to expand on longer runs. Not amazing but for the price on Sierra you are getting a better class of shoe than others in the price range. I am currently running a rotation of the 18 and the 19. I purchased two pairs off Sierra so at the price point I can stay in these runners for a while.
